This is an all-code, beginner presentation on creating reports in Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005.  Judy will set the scene of a client who needs an inventory report.  She will explain the database structure and the stored procedures that retrieve the data, including considerations for creating a procedure with multiple, optional input parameters.  She will demonstrate creating a business intelligence (i.e., Reporting Services) project in Visual Studio including the steps to create a report with subreports, and deploying the report to a server.  This session assumes no previous experience with Reporting Services or Visual Studio 2005, but a fundamental understanding of SQL.
