Many people think that Performance Point Server 2007 is designed to be used only AFTER a data warehouse project is complete, but you can get immediate value from Performance Point as well as build out proof-of-concept dashboards by using Excel as your data source.  In this presentation we will build a dashboard from an Excel file and also explore some of the more advanced visualization options such as Strategy Maps to help communicate business condition in a very quick and understandable manner. No prior Performance Point Server 2007 experience will be required to attend this presentation.
